DESCRIPTION:The 15th edition of the biannual congress of the European Federation of Catalysis Societies (EFCATS)\, EuropaCat\, will be held in August 2023 in the Prague Congress Centre\, Prague\, Czech Republic. The conference will be\, for the first time\, jointly organized by the catalysis societies of the Czech Republic\, Hungary\, Poland and Slovakia. \nEuropaCat has become a traditional meeting place for scientists and researchers from academia and industry all over Europe. Consequently\, it has developed into a forum to discuss important challenges in the field of catalysis and the related industrial areas and beyond. As we live at a time of rapid changes\, the growing population\, its changing needs and the ever-increasingly limited availability of resources to satisfy the societal needs dictate rapid advancement in finding and sustainably using our resources. To deal with these challenges\, we need courageous and innovative ideas providing the prodigious spark to ignite the development\, which only the industry can convert into real solutions helping the mankind. \nThe organising committee invites you to join EuropaCat 2023 so we can all together innovate the production of energy carriers\, chemicals and materials\, while at the same time enhancing the quality of life on the Earth. \nRead more about it here.
