DESCRIPTION:📅 September 9 – 12\, 2025\n📍 Madrid\, Spain\nLaunched in 2001 in Glasgow\, the international meeting series SP progressively gained over the last 20 years its renown among the most relevant meetings in semiconductor photochemistry and photocatalysis by travelling around Europe. Hosted in Aberdeen (2007)\, Glasgow (2010)\, Prague (2013)\, Saint Petersburg (2015)\, Oeldenburg (2017)\, Milan (2019) and Strasbourg (2023)\, SP will take place in Madrid in 2025.\n\nThe SP9 conference will be preceded by a one-day thematic school to the attention of doctoral students and young researchers.\n\n\n\nScientific Topics\nIn the fields of photocatalysis\, photothermal catalysis\, photoelectrochemistry or photovoltaics\, topics of interest for submission to SP9 include\, but are not limited to:\n\nsolar to electricity conversion\nair and water remediation\nsolar fuels\norganic synthesis and solar chemicals\nmodelling and mechanistic studies\nchemical engineering\nnew materials\noperando/in-situ characterization\ncommercial applications and standardization\nfunctionalized and self-cleaning surfaces\n\n\n\nAdditional topics in related areas are strongly encouraged. \n\nThrough plenary and keynote lectures\, oral presentations\, poster talks and poster sessions\, the ambition of the SP9 conference is to report on the most advanced research progresses in semiconductor photochemistry and photocatalysis\, and to pave the way for future research and challenges.\n\n📎 Click here to read more and register! \n  \nOrganisers:
