SUMMARY:2024 Fall Meeting - European Materials Research Society (E-MRS)
DESCRIPTION:📆 16 – 19 September 2024\n📍 Warsaw\, Poland \nThe 2024 Fall Meeting of the European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) will take place from September 16 to 19\, 2024 at the main campus of the University of Technology in Warsaw (Poland) and will consist of parallel symposia with invited speakers\, oral and poster presentations assorted by one plenary session to provide an international forum for discussing recent advances in the field of materials science. The conference will be augmented by an exhibition of products and services of interest to the conference participants. \nThe high quality scientific program will address different topics organized into 20 symposia arranged in 4 clusters covering the fields of Energy materials; Electronics\, photonics and spinstronics; Nanomaterials and functional materials; Modelling. One of these is Symposium D – Advanced Catalytic Materials for (photo)electrochemical energy conversion V. This symposium features two SUNER-C partners: Joachim John from the Interuniversity MicroElectronic Centre (IMEC) as the main organizer\, and Joanna Kargul from the Centrum Nowych Technologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego as a co-organizer. \nThe latest scientific results will be presented and authors are invited to submit papers in the selected journals that fit the scope of each symposium. \nThe focus of the scientific program will be both on fundamental investigations and technological applications\, providing an international forum for discussing recent advances related to the different aspects to be considered to promote innovation. \n  \n🔗 More information here
