About the Project

Project Concept

The SUN2X-SET project aims at establishing the first EU Forum for Direct Solar Fuels (DSF), relying on the recognised technical and scientific expertise gathered within the SUNERGY initiative and the SUNER-C project.

SUN2X-SET will set up, coordinate and manage 5 Working Groups of experts from industry, academia, research community, civil society and national and regional authorities, that will:

Contribute to monitor, revise and update the SUNER-C Roadmap and Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) into the first EU R&I Roadmap and SRIA on DSF, strengthening the DSF R&I ecosystem.

Pave the way for the Forum to become a recognised ETIP within the Strategic Energy Technology (SET) Plan framework.
