1st SUNERGY Industrial Webinar

The webinar took place on 8 December, 2020. Around 80 participants gathered together online to follow the presentations of our three invited speakers from the Industrial Board:

  • Maximilian Fleischer (Siemens Energy), 

  • Jan Mertens (Engie),

  • Anastasios Perimenis (CO2 Value Europe) 

​The talks gave an overview about energy carriers, including carbon-based ones, the technologies needed, energy transport and carbon capture and utilisation (CCU) strategies, providing a general overview of the challenges  towards climate-neutrality and how SUNERGY initiative could help contributing with different approaches.

​Our SUNERGY Programme Coordinator, Linda Veldhuizen, moderated the event, which inluded lots of interesting questions from a very interested audience.
